For now, I am curious to hear what healing modalities people use when they are sick or to work on long-term health issues.
Personally, I have found MUCH relief via Network Chiropractic not just on a physical, but also an energetic level.
For acute stuff, I go see an accupunturist and cook Chinese "stinky herbs." :)
However, I haven't found an internal (meditation, energywork) method to use on myself. I have tried prayer, meditation, mantra, dialogueing with the illness, feeling the area....
These things have all led to insight, growth and connection with myself- but no "healing" per say.
Anyone have any modalities they find really useful?
