Emotions: how seriously should one take them?  Are they real?  

I read recently that we teach our cells to react emotionally by what we consider to be a "normal reaction".

Is it simply a matter of changing my mind as to what I consider a normal reaction? What is a non-dual way of feeling emotions?

I mixed pages, it was actually The Genie essay that held the answers, in case someone decides to go take a look.  

 I have created a new site, that could be considered a reference companion to this course. The essays you mentioned are copied there, along with a lot of new content I have written in the past few months.

I'd also like to remind members that some fun stuff bearing the school logo can be purchased at
the FST store. T-shirts, coffee mugs, mousepads, even a frisbee! Show your school pride! Be sure too look at the front and back of some items, as they are different.

Members having difficulty with the streaming videos can now purchase a CD containing all the videos and lessons, plus a few bonus videos that do not appear in the course. Cost is $25. usd including postage and handling. Visit the registration page of this site for details.

 August is not far away, and it will be the third anniversary of the school opening. This years tea room will be moved to an archive page, and a new page started.

 This past month set a record for new subscriptions and renewals! Welcome new members. Thank you all for your faith in me.

Domin8rex is still up, it was just down for a few days. It was never really intended to be a kundalini site. I'll keep it as my personal page.

Mystress, I really love the new site! I especially like the tornado visualizations. I find them very useful for when my emotions are going haywire. It's a very quick calming method. I find it also good for when I'm getting emotional in public, and don't have an immediate outlet for my emotions. Thanks!
