: Since being unwell I have been finding it hard to even get through the groundings, my mind wandering every couple of seconds, I don't know whether it is the pain causing it or not but it hasn't necessarily been thoughts of the pain going through my mind, there have been all sorts of things breaking my concentration.
: Each grounding has been such an effort. I thought as well it may be because sometimes I coudn't get up and was trying to ground laying down, could this be the reason? When I do try to sit up and ground, the pain in my head gets worse when I imagine the heat on my head and then throughout the grounding I feel all hot and cold and quite intense feelings of anxiousness, the last one so bad that I rushed through the grounding just to provide some relief from the feelings of being so light headed.
This sort of distraction is usually caused by entities. As your grounding gets stronger, you threaten their comfy existence within you. They seek to protect themselves by distracting you. Kick their butts yourself, or use the session time with me you have left.
: Is this normal for this to be happening when ill, the light headedness seems to get worse only while grounding.
No. Being grounded is your natural state.
