Pretty quiet around here lately...hope everyone is feeling well. Energy has been spiking lately..at least for me, and I get the feeling it's not just a personal spike...but more of a planetary ..seasonal thing. Are we havin fun..or what??
Had a question for you Mystress about a different voice than the heart voice. When I am meditating and receiving guidance I can often "feel" or "sense" where the voice is coming from. Rarely do I feel it from the heart-though I often get great sensations and feelings from that area. Usually when guidance is coming through for me I feel it coming from the crown area and maybe even above there(strange, but I can feel something above there). When I ask questions about the guidance with my own thoughts I usually feel it coming from the throat area. The responses are instantaneous and complete-it seems I just arrange them into "word thoughts" to decode them in my linear way. This guidance also feels very warm and loving-almost what I would expect my heart voice to feel like. Any reason for me to see them as different? I do think (I'm not sure) I have to go through the heart to get in touch with both my DB and inner guidance (one and the same?) When I have shut down the heart area for whatever reason, it follows that my conncection to spirit feels shut down also.
I'm going to take some time to pay more attention to these sensations in my body. I'm discovering things Mystress that you've written about ( and I have read) dozens of times, (for instance about empathy-what it is,how to deal with it) and it's like ohhhhhhhhhhhh. I will be the spokesperson for all the students who don't get it the first ten or so times. But let me tell you ...that eleventh time might just be the one to hit home,LOL! Thank you for you. You are getting guidance from your higher self, probably. You can do an entity clearing on that area, just to be certain. I used to channel in that way, too... as a teenager, I would meditate and get guidance from above. Some of it quite specific.

You mean you feel your own thoughts originating from there, or the responses?
For me, the heart is often heard in the back of my mind.. at the base of my skull, where it joins the neck. I have noticed that it appears the energy of the heart rises though the throat to be translated into words in the mind... but most people are not aware of chakras enough to perceive it that way, so the DB obligingly gives the perception of the heart speaking.

The riddle of perception. As I wrote, how your unconscious translates the information for your unique understanding, can be unique. That is why some lessons, like the heart voice must be a little vague. There is so much variety of experiences, it is difficult to define it without creating expectations.

:) Well, I wish I could write it so everybody could get it right away...! Best I can do is encode the information as energy, as well as words so your body hears, and translates it to something you can understand. The more receptive you are, the more information comes though. Shaktipat in the writing.
The understanding is experiential. When you have the experience, then the words make sense. The words, carry the energy of the information, which is decoded by your unconscious.

Yep-just checked yesterday, and you are right on about the "Higher Self". Being well-grounded and in a meditative state helps me connect with this guidance-can't always do it. Lately, more is possible simply because more energy is circulating around it seems-I am having fun with it. I like it a little wilder these days as I've learned to surf with a bit more finesse...but I respect the fact that it can overwhelm me at times also.

I feel my own thoughts go through my throat chakra-it makes sense that I may just be forming thoughts into words there to communicate...I am not sure where they originate. It is just interesting to notice the contrast of my thoughts (throat)-to receiving guidance (crown). It goes back and forth like a conversation between chakras....funny.

Well, speaking of your writing... I have often wanted to ask you about your plans to write a book ( or your progress on it, as I thought I heard you mention something once or twice,) I get so much out of your writing...and you have written enough to fill volumes already! Between the K-list and domin8rex.com and here at FST. You do a wonderful job of "encoding the energy"...in my case of "not getting it" it's just a brain thing partly, and also it's the experiential learning I have to do as you pointed out. The brain is so amazing-mine is no exception..heee! I don't worry about it as long as I can see a world in a rain puddle.
