The grounding exercise really works great.
And all these years I have avoided meditation
because it looked like too much study and disipline.
I'm to the point now where all I have to do is
visualize the sensation of the Sun's heat on top of my head,
and the process seems to magically take off on its own,
without any more work on my part.
I can get the soothing tingles at the job the supermarket
or while driving....wheeeeee.
Shara, I thought that visual you gave your son was very
cute, when I read your post I did that one too. The light
and the birds together popping out the top of the head and
flying up to the sky.
Thanks for the tea everyone. I have some more positive
results that I'll chat with ya about later.

Yes, exactly so. Your unconscious supports you in staying grounded, all you have to do, is ask. Then surrender to recieving.

Heh! Perfect. That is the idea... learn to live there. Grounded and tingly all the time. Fearless, and with constant guidance from Goddess, to help you flow through life.
You already have a good relationship with your unonscious, so you will do very well!
