It is gone..........there have been five or six days and nothing it is gone.

Things are still hectic here but there is an enter peace in me, not at its best yet but much more prominent than ever before.

I have got an egg-timer to use for a reminder to meditate every hour half for the next 45 days. I know there will be times I will be off but I will be giveing it my best.

What is it I can do to help get your school on the rode......I have always wanted to live in another country.....

  The more you get grounded the more peace you will feel. Great, isn't it?
