Welcome from a fellow student.  I'm really learning SO much and just like with a song that speaks to you, many of these lessons will give you more every time you read/hear them. Hope you all enjoy them as much as I am.

Peace,
carla

At least some of the students here seem to be taking this as a kind of refresher or enhancing course. I'm a total, wobbling on new-born colt legs beginner, have yet to be K-awakened (or any other kind of awakened I sometimes feel).

Are there other students here who are total newcomers to this? It would be very interesting for me to read yr experiences with the grounding meditation etc.

I am quite a beginner myself, so we can keep each other's company. As I am just in tonight, reading all your posts, I got a new motivation to do my best to do the grounding 8*45 times, and not only casually like I have been doing... I'll prepare a piece of paper on which I'll write the date and the time I do each practice: this way I won't be able to kid myself about whether or not I am doing it 8* a day.

Two babies, clumsily walking together, hand in hand: isn't that cute? Thank God(dess) we have plenty of adults here to supervise us ;-)

Love to you, Barg,

Augustin.

Hi again,

: : Are there other students here who are total newcomers to this? It would be very interesting for me to read yr experiences with the grounding meditation etc.

I've been subscribed to the k-list since a few months after Mystress began to run it - that's been about 3-3 1/2 years. I'm very new to recognizing and understanding the process of awakening, though.

That's a good idea - I'll commit to doing that as well.  It seems i've been blessed with that Chinese curse - the one that says may all your karma come up next week, or something like that - major upheavals in so many areas of life as i know it.  It's hard to stay out of that martyr mode and i really gross out when i go there... Mystress suggested I start the course over and that's what I'm doing today.

Such a pretty picture - i see the dimples in your cute little butts.  :-)  Can I play too?

Peace,
carla

Hi new guys! Hi Augustin, I didn't know that was you registering.. Welcome!

I have tons of experiences archived that people send me.. and they are all different! That is why I didn't add experiences, I want people to approach it fresh, without preconceptions of what happened to others.

Good idea.. a stopwatch set to go off 8x a day can be helpful, too..
