Hi everyone,

I have been undergoing some weird sensations in my head.  
It feels, at times, almost like someone massaging it.
At other times, it feels as if my brain is being rewired.
It has made me feel light headed many times in the past 2 weeks.
My system has been quite "heaty" to such an extent that my nostrils
started oozing blood when I am just sitting down.
That has subsided after I have started taking some Chinese medication
to cool the system.

Whilst this was going on, an infection on my leg, which I used to
have as a young child of 7-9, began to resurface. The strongest creams
from my dermatologist do not seem to help. Technically, with these medication,
it would disappear after 3 days. It has been 3 weeks. Once, one area
recovers, another would be infected. Gosh.

Would gladly hear any insights as to whether these two are interconnected.

That is a pretty normal K. symptom. It feels like your brain is being rewired, because your brain is being rewired. Have to update the wiring so it can handle more energy without overloading.

I want you to meditate on the colour blue. Cool blue lakes and an electric blue aura. Blue like the shadows of an iceberg.

 Kundalini is often defined as two spiral serpents rising. Your hot red serpent has gotten ahead of your cool blue serpent. Feed the blue one so it can catch up. Wear blue clothes, drink mint ice tea.

Some kundalini heat is normal but nosebleeds are not.

They are interconnected in the sense that they are both Kundalini symptoms. It is not unusual for old ailments to reappear as the underlying karmic issue comes to surface. It is persistent because your body is sending a message for you to take an inward look back to that time of your life and see what emotional event occurred to trigger the infection when you were a child. Usually, if you just get grounded and relax, and ask your body will glady retrieve the memories for you, so they can be surrendered, forgiven, released.

I did the suggested visualisation. Amazing.
As I visualised the electric blue aura around me,
I felt a pleasurable warmth melting on the lower part
of my spine. That lasted for a while.
It was a almost like a release.

I also asked for insights or memories connected
to my infection. Memories of my childhood came in.
Interestingly, it was not just related to my previous
infections but other traumatic periods of my
childhood.  I accepted and embraced the child and
released the pain to the Goddess.  
I felt waves after waves of warmth and electrical
charges in my head. They seemed to rise upwards.
It felt like a release and a cleansing.

Now I understand the urge that I have been
feeling recently to find someone who can do
shamanic work with me.
