I was settling into the Heart Voice this evening asking the usual identifying questions, such as what do you want to be called. The answer to that is generally Love and Light. I asked HV if I was perfect in its eyes and always would be it said "You will always be perfect in our eyes." Ours? I thought HV was a just a single soul voice. Am I having trouble kicking an entity or is there something I don't know about the Heart Voice? I would appreciate advice. Thanks.

Hello WZ,
Happy to help :)
Quote“ I'm still straining to focus and hear with the karma noise in the head and the occasional vampire system overload. Time to dump the overload, snack and ground. Thanks for the reply.â€
Dumping overload (maintaining ‘energy hygiene’ as Mystress calls it), snacking (karma vamping and transmuting), and grounding are essential foundational everyday practices.
Below is my brain dump - sorry if it reads like I am rambling.
A little disclaimer: I have been hesitant about using the vamp label on myself simply because of the baggage associated with it.
And if I am being bluntly honest, I am a gay man from a small town in India - I already have to live with ‘coming out’ in a homophobic society.
I don’t feel like taking on another label with baggage that I have to explain to people.
So I just go with tantra yogi or just yogi.
But words are just words.
People use the word God to justify killing each other. Sigh.
FST is about lived experience.
Personally speaking, I believe vamps have a ‘hunger’ imperative to take. Spiritually evolved vamps have a higher capacity to digest and transmute.
That said, vamps in general and psi-vamps in particular have a bad reputation for being aggressive assholes (and many times rightly so).
If you do a quick online search, there are LOTS of essays and courses that teach people how to protect themselves from ‘energy vampires’ or ‘psi-vamps’ leeching energy.
Goddess has a twisted sense of humor - leeches when used properly can be miraculous healers. LOL…

What I am learning for myself based on my personal experiences is this.
Some people are born with a capacity to ‘give’ more and some people are born with the hunger to ‘take’ more.
When this ‘give-take’ is done consensually, it can be beneficial and satisfying for everyone involved.
For example, there is research suggesting that giving blood regularly (in a medically safe manner) can actually have health benefits for the donor.
https://www.cuimc.columbia.edu/news/surprising-benefits-donating-blood
Those who have the innate capacity ‘give’ more need to be drained regularly for them to be healthy and replenish their vessel with new energy.
Those with capacity to ‘generate’ must ‘give’ more in order for them to remain stable else they will feel anxious (un-dispensed energy) and overwhelmed.
It is a paradox - if you have the capacity to generate more, hoarding will drain you.
No one can fill a full cup :)
And.. yeah.. Goddess has a twisted sense of humor. LOL
In consensual BDSM power-play and tantric sex, there is ‘give-take’ energy exchange between two or more adults.
One has a need to give and capacity to replenish; other has a need to take and capacity to digest/transmute.
FST teaches us that ‘All acts of pleasure serve Goddess.’
Vamps have an innate hunger and desire to ‘take’.
But not all vamps know how to take, digest, transmute, and utilize what they take in a manner that is healthy and beneficial for everyone involved.
Snacking on stress and trauma related karma can be beneficial for the donor and the vamp when done consensually as a fair energy exchange.
However, psychologically manipulating others with fear or draining other peoples energy without their consent (black magic) will get the vamp entangled in their karma.
Mystress taught me that Goddess does not accept stolen property - cannot surrender what does not belong to you.
If the other person resists out of fear (and they most likely will because most people can sense when there is a violation even if they do not know how to articulate), then the vamp will take hits because of the direction of the energy flow and karmic energy cords.
Stealing other peoples energy is like accepting fish hooks into vamp’s energy body: if they pull out of fear, your flesh/psyche gets ripped.
Not fun and don’t recommend it.
People have different dietary needs and preferences.
Personally for me, I am more balanced when I have a little bit of personal one-on-one conceptual energy exchange with someone on an everyday basis ALONG with snacking on entire countries and huge groups of people.
It took me sometime to figure out that my energy diet MUST have a one-on-one exchange along with mass snacking else I get cranky and disassociate.
Many times vamps are like hungry children who stuff themselves and have bellyache all night. LOL
There is a learning curve to ‘vamp feeding’ just like learning to walk, talk, and maintain personal hygiene.
Each vamp’s capacity is different and depends on their level of spiritual growth.
Ascended vamps can take misery and transmute it into pure diamond vajra energy - Mystress taught me this.
Apart from FST lessons, Mystress also mentors me a lot personally as lineage.
Here are a few more techniques she has taught me that helps me when I tend to get over-whelmed and disassociate.
- Mystress has repeatedly reminded me is to give the issue to my vortex or jump into my vortex when things feel overwhelming.
- Another is to repeat this phrase 7 times ‘Goddess please take me if I am not being me at this moment. Thank you!’
- When my mood is off or I am feeling cranky for no reason, Mystress has taught me to ask ‘Is this mine?’ It is astonishing how much of the stuff I feel is NOT mine but other peoples stuff flowing through me and getting transmuted. Being ascended means you do not identify with anything that you feel - no ego, no identity, no doer, no judgment. If you identify with anything, then you have fallen from state of grace.
- And of course, there is Retro. Do retro every time you feel fear.

Hope some of this was helpful.
Namaste!
