The delay was me. Well, me not realizing the membership system was failing.
The first sign the membership management system was not working, though I did not realize it at the time, it stopped sending out the welcome email with instructions to join the tearoom. Not sure how long that part was broken for, it got my attention when it started sending people to a blank page instead of the reg form after paypal.
Installing the new system is ongoing, it is absurdly complicated.
