hi folks,

as we have seen in some of the recent conversations here, sometimes the awakening process may lead us to seeing sides of ourselves that may be painful to look at...

so, i just want to remind us all to be compassionate and easy on ourselves, as we would be with others... we are all human, and beautiful (and sometimes funny) in our weaknesses, as well as in our gifts and strengths... it is all part of the Great Cosmic Drama unfolding... a beautiful story, tragic as well as inspiring and comic...

so let's hold one another as we laugh and cry, and enjoy this beautifully human work of Divine creativity... we are all heroes... and also, as the song says, "everybody plays the fool, sometimes..."

What beautiful and true comments, percyval. Thank you. It's hard to remember sometimes that being a fool is OK, allowable, and even human... It's also hard to remember that I can treat myself like someone worth loving, especially if I make mistakes, change my mind a lot, or act like a jerk. The lessons go on and on, but thankfully they're easier because of reminders like yours :)
