Title: Run out of energy at the end of the day
Post by: Hoanglgiang on Aug 08, 2014, 09:55:28 AM
Dear All,

I have been practicing Grounding Meditation for over five weeks now. It helps me a lot with concentration, mind stillness and wholeness overall. However, after two weeks into the meditation, I started experience tiredness around 3 or 4pm. I never have this problem before. I am an accupuncturist with full of energy.  I normally can see many patients a day without running low on my energy. But now, I feel tired after providing treatment for four or five patients. There are no changes in my diets. Emotion has been better ever since. At first that i thought that it would be gone in a few days, bowever, it persists until now for three weeks.
Regarding to my Grounding Meditation, I have benn practicing everyday without any problem and i feel whole and relax and full of energy.
My question is that is it normal to have low energy toward the end of the day when practicing Grounding Meditation? Is there anything that i can do to correct it? Thank you all.

Blessings,

Giang.

It is not low energy, it is overload and karma processing.

When you get grounded, you are granting shaktipat, to yourself. There is more kundalini energy active in you and it goes to work clearing your karma and emotional issues and also affects those around you in a limited degree, but more if they are accepting a healing treatment of some kind. You may have found your actupuncture work has become more effective. Try checking out the needles you used in a treatment after the treatment is over, you may find they have a different energy than previous.

There are two ways to deal with the fatigue sensation.

Dump overload: Squat down keeping the soles of your feet on the floor and press your hands to the floor also, asking that all excess energies flow out your hands back into the earth. Do this for about two minutes or until the feeling of the energy flowing out your hands has stopped.

Power nap: On the way to sleep and again on awaking we pass through the hypnotic state where the conscious and unconscious mind can communicate more closely. In sleep, we process the energies and growing.  A 5 minute nap and you will awake feeling refreshed. It is like hitting the reset button on your computer, I sometimes call them "reset naps."

Why did you create a poll that has no questions?

Dear Mystress,

Thank you very much for your answer and guiden. Yes, my treatments are more effective than before. My body temperature is warmer than before, but I am more relax and at peace within myself. I am long for this opportunity to clear my Karma and emotional issues, which has been with me for years.  Is it ok for me not deal with the fatique issue because i can take it. However, i would like to reserve those excess energy to clear my Karma and emotional issue.

Once again, thank you for everything that you have done to help the world.

Blessings,

Giang.

Think of the fatigue as Goddess saying
"I need to shut down your brain for maintenance for a few moments."
  Don't make Her wait.

You process a lot of karma during a powernap!
You may release more karma in 5 minutes unconscious than you did all day!
