Maybe the flame represents k. fire coming out through that finger? I feel that sometimes, it's like a lot of k. fire comes rushing out through the first and second finger... Sometimes out others. Perhaps after some channel has been cleared? Maybe it's used to clear blockages too... Don't know, just a few suggestions :)

Shaktipat hand.

The hand is a mudra that represents teaching the dharma. To me it also represents peace and transmission of energy, is a right hand. Right hand sends energy. The pentacle is a symbol of the Goddess and also represents the human on the earth, the 5 elements and the wheel of life.

It is actually a drawing of my hand, and when teaching third eye at workshops I sometimes hold up that hand and invite people to lfor a  symbol is there. Everyone sees a different symbol that represents "infinite" or "Divine" to them.  I did have a shaman friend who was cleaning my energy once ask why I had a pentacle in my hand, so it actually is there.
