Title: "Nearly 50" sale
Post by: Mystress on Dec 08, 2011, 01:19:51 PM

Thursday was my birthday, I am nearly 50.

I got an odd idea to celebrate it with a "nearly 50" sale.

For this month only, Dec 1 to 31 2011 a half hour session usually $125 is "nearly 50"% off, only $65.  (paypal takes a chunk)

There are a few limitations on this offer:
    - limit of one session per week.
    - the session must be scheduled for this month.

Bonus: this special offer is also open to new students who have not yet done the first 20 lessons.

Send 65 usd or cad via paypal to sessions@fire-serpent.com subject header "nearly 50".

Session can be in sl, skype, or web chat.

No rain checks. This is my first sale on sessions ever.

Paypal has password reset options and secondlife has voice. Skype is free.
Personally I do not like voice because my hearing is damaged and loud noise hurts me.

For people who already paid and didn't get scheduled I will arrange for your sessions in jan.

Atm I am ill with a ferocious bout of flu, I have not had any cold or flu for well over a decade, maybe >15 years so it really caught me by surprise. Every winter my husband catches colds and flu and I tend to him without catching a thing.

I was feeling some burnout earlier this month and spent time resting, thought I was over it but apparently my body wants more rest so it let in the virus. At least that is what the virus told me...

So, I obey, and rest. Not doing any sessions or chats or responding to posts, or anything at all until completely recovered. It all just has to wait.

Fortunately there are these wonderful folks my FST lineage to help cover for me.

Mystresses burnout is from the work she did during past two years, making sure two shamans survived... Other one is me.  My guide says Mystress has had burnout more than one year, but it did not hit her until we were both stable in ourselves. During the first year of our training she had the ulcer, she was taking medication for it during her european tour.

Hell road is... hell road, and karma we both worked through was extremely heavy. So it wasn't easy for her to carry us both at the same time. Many shamans do not survive the training, they get killed or stay insane for good. So often it wasn't pretty and nice to work with us, but she continued believing on us... Continued her work not caring about her own well being. Now it's our time to let her recover, helping her through the layers of stress that were building up during our training.

We are extremely grateful for her patient and generous, ongoing support... We love you :)

Yes, may you get well and feel better Mystress.

Yesterday I came thinking about the the song "If you could read my mind..." that you sang to us in Finland.

Been singing it all day, and thinking about you, lovely Mystress.

This sale really went sideways with burnout hitting so hard so soon after, I didnt recover until late march. I believe the last of these sessions has been scheduled, according to my paypal records. If I missed anyone please pm me. Thanks so much all of you, for your patience.
