Title: Physical aspects of grounding

I have discovered some spots and muscles that are directly linked to grounding. There's a pattern, in that when I feel nervous etc, I automaticly tense up some muscles in and around the root chakra area that are directly connected with my grounding, I unconciously perhaps sabotage the grounding by doing that. Sex is grounding. Movement of the waist area etc are grounding. Massaging a few areas that perhaps are meridian points also help. This tensing up of the muscles are something I experienced a lot during my post traumatic stress period etc. (Shakti sometimes moves onto those areas to relieve tension, along with some movement on spots that automaticly put me into a more relaxed state, like suddenly feeling stimalation on the point behing the knees, which suddenly happens at times and gets me back on grounding) And have gradually decreased, but it happens if I feel anxious, nervous, or get spirits coming too close to my aura. I bought a vibrating yoni egg, which seem to be able to give some relief lol! It's especially on my left side that there are some areas I unconciously tense up and that leaves me ungrounded. It's like I tense some muscles that blocks the upward flow of shakti. If Goddess could just take the entire pattern, that would be great, but at least I have found ways for temporary relief. And when I do that I see stuff amtomaticly moving out of my aura, like spirits etc.
