I am still at Levels of Consciousness. In meditation, I have had many unexplainable experiences. I wonder where my consciousness is at times, because I do not have a clue about what is going on, other than to simply observe.
Today,in meditation, as the energy is moving thru me, I start crying. (I have spent many hours crying like this) These are deep tears of great sorrow. I have no idea why I am crying. I have no awareness of where the sorrow is coming from. IS IT NECESSARY to have knowledge of what is happening?
I feel like there is a release taking place with the tears. I worry about not knowing consciously what is taking place within my body. Why don't I know? Perhaps it is not necessary to know, but to simply let it happen? Does everyone else know?
Welcome
: Hi, it is Light again. Even though I am feeling rather foolish about my last post, I have decided this is a place for me to speak my truth about what is going on, no matter how much fear I feel about not doing it right.
No need to feel foolish...this is a safe place for you. Besides, there's no right or wrong about it. : )

No - it isn't necessary. You may discover what the issue is at some point in time, but not knowing is o.k.

I don't think it's really necessary to know . . . sometimes just letting go of the need to understand let's more healing take place. But I also know that I've got a basic ego need for continuity . . . I've read Mystress suggest that we give it up to the Goddess and take whatever abreviated cliff-notes understanding comes back.
I'm starting to think I should be journaling more - so that I can put any insights down on paper and get that feeling of continuity, but let them out of my head for the moment to moment-ness of it all . . .
The grounding is incredibly powerful.
Welcome!
