Another thing I wanted to share with you....
I recently did a 28 day herbal clense that was absolutely fantastic, and I got rid of my hypoglacemia (low blood sugar level issues) and tons of sh....t and over a meter of mucus lining that I carried around in my system. It took me 7 years to build up the courage to join my husband only to find out how easy it is and how wonderful you feel afterwards. When the herbal packs plus psyllum arrived at home, I did see a blueish shimmer around them and that made me order one for me......I am not working for this company, but worthwile having a google search, they are called 'Arise and Shine'....I'll be doing another one in September....
