     Apologies:

   A few weeks ago,  security updates at the server level on my web 
host conflicted with settings on the website and caused the FST 
member list to become corrupted.  I uploaded an older version of the 
member password file and brought it up to date by adding new members.

   However, checking numbers again, it appears I missed some people, 
and I do not know who they are.

    If you have not been able to access the course, please contact me 
at Mystress at fire-serpent.com  to be reinstated. Also please contact 
me if you are able to access the course but not the new tea room.

    My apologies if being unable to access the course caused you any 
distress.  I am in the process of installing membership management 
software to hopefully prevent such occurrences in future, but it will 
probably be a few weeks before it goes live.

   In other news, the rapid decline of the USD is necessitating a 
change to the price of FST.  When the course opened in 2000 the USD 
was $1.47 CDN and now it is  $.93 and still falling. I am changing 
the price for one years membership to $150.cdn.

   This change will mostly affect future new members.  Current 
members can choose to renew at the old price of $88. usd or the new 
rate. I do not delete expired members anyway, renewal is on the 
honour system and the support is always appreciated.
